Re: Line was pre-qualified yesterday, but not now!Not sure why that happened, but I had tried to get DSL through QWest for months and months and months before I knew about Earthlink DSL. Well, Qwest said over and over and over that our phone lines were too old and WOULD NOT support high speed internet. Well, I stumbled across the Earthlink DSL site and check to see if I could get it. They prequalified my line and less than ten days from the days I was prequalified I had my dsl software and modem and was on the web. I don't see who Qwest could not provide me with service but Earthlink can. |
