A business that makes a one-of-a-kind $$$ product that is sold all over the (first) world - even a few in China. We have few sales in Canada, about 40% to the US. Flat rate long distance is of no concern to us for one reason: We conduct the vast majority of our sales and support communication is by email (and sometimes skype). Voip.ms per-minute pricing (of about a penny per minute) is peanuts compared to what we used to pay for a few business POTS lines from Bell, let alone the paltry amount of long-distance minutes we put on it. Looking back at this - one month of Bell charges will be the equivalent (now) of 5 years charges on voip.ms.
