both me and my mother hate this companyfor me. i return their tech etc and canceled. had tracking . they said it never got their. i keep telling them i had the tracking number. later they threaten me with a collection agency. i again said i have the tracking and it showed it was delivered... then nothing for months.then one morning. i got a call from management of customer service. she ask me if i ever sent it in . i said yes and told her i had tracking.she went quite ... she spoke and said yes we did get it. am sorry about what happen and we wont call again. never heard back from them. now my mother oh they just keep calling her over and over for months . this 1 rep. just kept asking for her. she answer back ..... then the rep would start cursing at her. this went on for months. till contract went out. thankful. i even answer then phone when the guy would call. he got angry at me also. so both of us will never ever use dish again,. |

Thats crazy that they won't believe the tracking that said it was delivered to them. At that point it should be up to Dish and UPS if the return is botched and they did not get the equipment back. Calling and being an ass to a former customer is not a way to win future business. |
