We never found a way. Ended up waiting until call was put through. They had incorrectly charged us for May service and owed us for second half of April after day we cancelled. They had this info and the amount and said that they would correct billing. But it has not happened and we had to file a dispute via Mastercard. Never tried Twitter/Facebook. Seems like they still have a huge screwup at Cogeco. No recent messaging on Twitter/FB it seems.

Told ya.
They're going to bill you for June too. And July. Believe it.
File the complaint with the CCTS.
With any luck they'll stop billing you by August and you'll get a refund by Christmas.

They can bill us as much as they wish. They charge it to our MC. Then MC issue a credit because amount is disputed. We don't have to pay and Cogeco does not get paid.

We had to get bank to reverse May charge. Then in early June our Cogeco account was credited for both incorrect May charge and for unused part of April.
It took 2 months, but today we received our refund.
Not too bad really considering the system problems at Cogeco and the overlapping billing dates.
Now on Start (via Cogeco). No change really except lower rate for 15/2 and higher Gb limit (200 vs 95)

It's funny how desensitized we've become over mismanagement of our hard-earned dollars. Two months to get money back that was never supposed to be taken is "not too bad".

But hey, as long as your happy.
