I'd rather that, than being forced to use something or perpetually rent. In the meantime I'm happy with my TC7650 so far. It's been solid for the first week. Speed upgrade to 150/15 only took a couple hours.

But as far as I know, they all have the exact same hardware and firmware revision, meaning amazon.com TC7650 modems will work just fine in Canada on Rogers.
