Currently, I have both of those cable modems. Just purchased the TC7650 to replace the TC4350 because of what may/may not be Puma chipset issues. Outside of some issues that have appeared in Rogers infrastructure which are messing up all sorts of things for me, in theory as long as your channels that are bonded while syncd are in spec for power levels and SNR for your profile, you should be able to achieve the speeds advertised. The TC7650 claims to be able to handle up 1GB speeds so profiles in between 250 - 1 GB should be available as well.
