Definite availability in Oakwood and parts of Kettering, also some reports in Beavercreek. I'm Downtown where utilities are all underground so probably will never be upgraded. My address shows Not Available but the completely different database Business Fiber reps use shows as Fiber Adjacent. I'm taunted by this fiber loop
coming out of my basement as I pull into the garage every day.
