Something must have changed then in the last few years. When I was a Bell customer my promo price did not stay the same. The price was supposed to be the same for two years. I left Bell after 11 months because they kept raising the price. I even complained to the CCTS about it, but they contacted me after I left Bell for Start.ca and Shaw Direct.

Exactly. Your promo price stayed the same. The regular price went up. Thus your bill went up. Just like Cogeco, Rogers, Shaw do every single year. Raise the regular prices $3-5.
