[Modem] Frontier Arris NVG443B modem wireless schedule problem

I recently had wireless schedule set in order to turn off the SSID at a set time. I went to make a change to this last night and got the attached error and I now cannot make a new schedule. Can anyone assist?

What happens when you click on the enable scheduling button?

Factory reset to see the error disappears

If I factory reset I think I'll lose the pre-programmed login details for my account as it was entered by the ISP and I don't have the details.

Talk to Frontier Tech, they should have the info for the login, before you factory reset the modem

With a factory reset, you will lose all settings you have made.

You might just try power cycling the router.

If that does not work, back up the router configuration settings first, and then do a factory reset.

Take screen shots of your settings before doing a reset.

I have the same problem. I fixed it by using the Firewall-Access Control option. You set schedules by their mac address instead of which wifi they are logged on to. And you can have more then one profile.
