New Directv/AT&T website issues!Has anyone gone on the directv website lately? When you go to log in, it redirects you to the new AT&T site. This new site is really not ready yet. You can't actually view your equipment, your bill, or your current channel package. I did manage to PAY my bill because it was due soon, but you can't view it. I'm surprised they send you to a site with such limited functionality |

Iām on the att site quite often. I have no trouble accessing what you say you cannot see. |

Yes. Earlier today I was trying to access my in-laws' account as we had emails about changes being made. Shows a new account number (had an email stating there would be), says first bill isn't ready (they've had Directv for years), and can't even see the package and programming they have. There was a message in red trying to access a couple pages, near the top about encountered an error, issues with their system, etc. Tried on multiple browsers.
Just tried again, and now won't log me in. I go to directv.com, under my account I login, it redirects to att to another sign in, use the same/usual sign in and get: "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later." |

No problems here accessing directv.com and logging-in to my account as usual. |

Today seems to be working now. I wonder if they are transitioning accounts based on a statement date or something. Still no statements/bills, just an expected first bill charges. Can see their plan at least and that they got talked into things they don't need. Again. |

Still cant view my package. I now suddenly have the HD Extra Pack (565-573) even though I never requested it lol. Also the website says my receivers aren't connected to the internet even though they are. Website must still be a work in progress |

I've used their "refresh" feature before and last night I noticed they sent a message to my receivers that said to go to "directv.com/refresh" to make sure my receiver is up to date... so I went to that URL and ended up in the AT&T site and it was impossible to find the refresh option. I suspect it was because it said none of my receivers were connected to the internet, but that's not true. I used to do this refresh process on the old DirecTV site and it was very simple. AT&T has made doing everything more difficult and sometimes impossible! The AT&T site is an absolutely horrible design. I get a lot of popups that appear to "automatically" log me in on various pages while navigating the site. |

said by Meathax:This new site is really not ready yet. I agree... it's not ready and it's suffering from typical things that companies go through when they merge and decide to move everything into the new company's site. I had the same issues as you are having for at least a month. Once the first bill comes from the new system things start to work better. I don't really like the AT&T website. Lots of popups and it's difficult to find things. I don't typically use the 'search' feature but it looks like AT&T would prefer that you use search to find things on their site, so try that. I also notice a lot of the popups will 'automatically' log me into the pages they're taking me to, which is a sign of the two companies trying to make their stuff work from one website. It's a mess! I'm also an AT&T wireless customer and that makes things even worse. I now have 2 login credentials - one for DirecTV and one for AT&T wireless - but both are handled in the same website. AT&T's website makes it very difficult to find things that used to be right in front of you on the DTV website. Now you have to dig around to find something, or use the search box. Good luck. |

I've not had any issue with it. Just logged in and it's working the way it should, though I can see that it has changed a bit. Still on DirecTV site, though, not AT&T. It doesn't take me to the AT&T site. |

Refresh should work even when not connected to the internet. I used to use it on our SD receivers that didn't have internet connection capability.
Just logged on to my in-laws' account and theirs shows no equipment found. I did find the refresh and don't like it. Click on your plan and below pops up "Watch TV" "MY PLAN" and "SUPPORT" - click that Get Help under SUPPORT. Brings up a page with troubleshoot device, equipment or service issues and a "Fix It Now" button. Below that it still shows no equipmnent found but I clicked the "Fix It Now" button, it asks if you've used that equipment before, I say Yes, and it apparently sends a refresh to everything. I wasn't expecting that. I probably interrupted their tv, assume brief or I'd be getting a call lol. Since I'm not at the location of the receivers I'm not sure if that works or not when it still says no equipment found. |

Using your instructions I was able to find it. Man is that buried deep. Not as simple as going to "directv.com/refresh" like the message on the receiver told me to do. |
