<description><![CDATA[anon posted : It should be more of a coutesy call in which comcast could save more money and use an auto dialer and ask if still have problem tech will vist or cancell.<br><br>Once is enough for me on tests and highly doubt the india group can fix if not done previously.<br><br>FYI the main comcast number gives a message now saying tech is inroute example 10-10.25 am arrive. Good they are to be more precise.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Wish Comcast would end the practice or at least tone down the call.<br><br>The one you get asking you again to explain again and go through the same stuff you did to set up the appointment.<br><br>In my case I got the response my tv is broken. This was in response to signal and box was fine. Was not fine as somwhow phone tech wiped out tv picture as called in before was fine. India lady said you should see logo of tv brand on screen and no explanation as to how I got pixiated channel a couple of seconds.<br><br>So just be clear they dont cancel and cannot talk lol . Think the real purpose is to see if the can get you to cancel appointment my 2 cents.<br><br>End of story all is well box change and the setting not sure whch 1021 0r 721 caused blanks screen.]]></description>
