Hi George,
if Vmedia doesn't throttle, can you explain why in Brantford, ON. watching youtube in 1080P has started to buffer, right around 7pm until 11pm?
This has gotten worse over the past couple of months. I have the 75Mbps package. I live alone and if I am watching youtube, then the internet does not have very much traffic on it. ( besides a couple of google homes)
I am basically thinking of jumping ship to Teksavvy. because it is currently the same price. I will decide by the end of the week.
Convince me not to change ISPs.

Hi Anon, I am sorry about your experience(and for having overlooked your message), but you should be having no trouble watching YouTube at all, at anytime. Have you determined that there are no other possible issues, by calling our tech support? If you have done so and you have no other issues please message me and I will personally look into this.
