People still use satellite??

Anyway, a new run would have to go outside in that case so I have that problem if I ever wanted to go satellite anyway. But thanks for the caution.

I hear CommScope is a good brand. Yeah, it's CLS, but it'll be fine your purposes.

In my opinion, CommScope is an everything brand... You get what you pay for.

They make the crap (to spec) if you want cheap, they also make the good stuff, if you want to pay for the good stuff.

Ya, some use Satelite for TV service.

It's just a matter of CCS vs SCC (Copper Clad Steel vs Solid Copper Core)

SCC is much better at conducting power to a device, where as CCS has a noticeable voltage loss which can prevent something like an LNB from getting power.

Ya, if buying cable I'd get ether Commscope or Belden.
