Normally we have 50-60 most years, we've had a many as 80 -- we had two cases of 48 bags of chips, and 3 boxes of 100 assorted chocolate bars --- I gave every kid that showed up as many chocolate bars as I could for in a big handful (probably 7-8) and two bags of chips... Ended up with 1 1/2 cases of chips and about 200 chocolate bars left... We gave half of it to ours to add to what was collected it trick or treating... The other half I'm munching on right now ;)

Good news is no one touched any of our decorations - some years we've had things go missing - nothing this year.

We had the least amount of kids this year than any other year, but we didn't have the worst weather either. And when we had the best weather, we also didn't have the most kids.

It's weird, over the past 5 years it's been something like 65, 250+, 45, 65, 45. And the strange thing is that crazy high year does not correlate to the temperature. 6 years ago it was super warm, t-shirt weather, and we only had something like 50 kids.

I have so many unopened bags of candy... this will be an unhealthy month for me.

Yeah, I thought the same. It's been a while since Smashing Pumpkins last release, and Brazen Kids would have actually made an excellent name for their new album.

GreenEnvy22 posted : Annoyed. We carved our pumpkins as a family and finished around 8:30pm, put them on the porch for some photos, and went inside. I always bring them inside on the 30th when we goto bed, but someone came by before 10 and smashed them all. Our Kids will be so sad when they wake up. Our friends down the street had the same.
And of course our camera happened to be down to, so I can't even figure out who is what to publicly shame them.
