Where can I find upload speeds?

I am thinking about upgrading my comcast internet, and I see several options for download speeds, but no mention of upload speeds. Where can I find the upload speeds for the various plans?

I see you live in Illinois, the 25mb plan has 2mb upload, the 100mb plan is 5mb, the 200mb is 10mb, the 300mb should be 20 but I've heard some reports that it is only 10 for new customers, the 600mb plan should be 20 or 25 in our region, and the gigabit is 35mb, Comcast over provisions by about 20% though so the actual upload you'll experience will be higher.

However some resellers do. »www.cabletv.com/xfinity/internet shows me every tier with download, and upload speeds (from performance starter to gigabit pro) in a nice table format.

And while the page is actually targeting something entirely different, and includes some tiers from some locations not available everywhere, and does not include some tiers at all, and does not appear to have been updated to reflect the new "free" upgrades, there is the page at »www.xfinity.com/networkm ··· nagement which can certainly cause different confusion.

I do agree it would be desirable that Comcast offered something as simple as what the reseller example displays.

That table is what they’re showing for Chicago, and I know it’s not right. We have 5,10,20,25,35Mbps upload tiers

Thanks, RCN!

Remember that resellers show offerings for new service (they only make their commission on sales). The legacy offerings which one can no longer get are nearly impossible to find documentation on unless the wayback machine has a copy.

The offerings I’m referring to are not “legacy”

We have actual competition here, so we get decent upload speeds on our plans to this day

Literally what I listed is what comes with the plans listed above.. none of this 5-10Mbps upload on most plans BS

That site is wildly inaccurate for Mendocino County, we can't get over Blast! Pro 250/10 (it is not 275 here, as it says), yet it shows us being able to get up to 2 Gbs. Evidently, it can't tell what's available in individual markets.

Thanks to everyone who responded.
It would appear as if Comcast does not have what my family wants.
We have another provider that services my address, and is fiber. We are seriously looking into switching to them.
