Comcast XFINITY → Re: [Business] Gigabit business tier no longer available?

I tried to replicate that and got the same. I am pretty sure they told me 1 gig was not available at my location over the phone, so it's very strange the website offers it (though only when selecting Voice Mobility, unclear how/why that unlocks it - could it be a bug?).

When I check the Internet-only options in a different market (California), I see gigabit is an option, so it seems to be regional. But gigabit is available here for residential, so I don't understand why they wouldn't allow businesses to get it.
