First signal reading post you made showed:

ATDMA 3 5120 Ksym/sec 30596000 Hz 45.3 dBmV

Usually with a 6db Attenuator you'd expect it to go to about 51.3 dBmV

Upstream "max" power level recommendations change depending on the Season (not by much)

Use the following as a guide line: (bellow is for 3+ Upstream channels)

TDMA 1280 Ksym/sec +55 dBmV 45 dBmV

ATDMA 2560 Ksym/sec +52 dBmV 45 dBmV

5120 Ksym/sec +51 dBmV 45 dBmV

CMTS also "requests" Upstream power from the cable modem.

You are looking okay but we have no SNR info.

"it's because you are not with Roger's and you are using an inferior modem" ^_^ that made me laugh, much needed laugh ... been a LONG day.

Rogers informed Start to replace my modem. Even though Start tech rep confirms issue is outside of the house example node and on.

so if we still have the same results, this will confirm it's on Roger's side.

At this point I don't know what else to do.. quite honestly, i had an argument with my wife.. she doesn't understand why we came back to Rogers/start and still dealing with the same issues as before.
start was offering less for more.. 250dn20up if we go back to bell it's 100dn/10up for lot more.

Originally i was with Roger's and dealing with the same problems muttiple times per year. then i switched with Start, cheaper and love dealing with start. then we moved to Bell lower package at highier price, but internet was amazing with low latency. now we are back with start. because more for less but nothing but problems. it's not Start's problem, it's Rogers shit..... that I have a problem with..
