Hopefully this will help others that have xfinity and have issues accessing certain sites.

When I log in I go to »www.callcentric.com/login/

After log in I get taken to »my.callcentric.com

If I try to go to my.callcentric.com it takes me to the callcentric.com/login page and after log in back to my.callcentric.com

Usually when I have issues with log ins, I restart Firefox in "Safe Mode" to eliminate all add-ons that may cause issues.

With Chrome, I would temporarily turn off all add ons.

99% of the time, login issues in Firefox and Chrome are caused by Add-ons. When both don't work I try IE11 which has not add-ons at all and all cookies enabled. When that doesn't work, I know it's not a browsing issue.

Interestingly a page came up on screen with a "Warning that the site I was trying to access wasn't safe".

It gave me the option to proceed anyways if I wanted.

Living dangerously, I proceeded anyways and lo and behold was taken to my account and could access everything in the account with no problem.

I'll copy and paste the warning message I received.

"This site might compromise your device or contain dangerous content.
To avoid these risks, close this window and skip this site."

I have no idea why I received this warning or where it came from although it said something about "safebrowse.io". I'm using Chrome.

I imagine that it's some sort of security program that's installed on my wifi or somewhere else?

Weird stuff.

Again, I'll post back when I hear from CC, although it appears to be working once I took the plunge to enter the site at my own risk.

I tried them all except for PX's suggestion to change the DNS server. Still not able to access my account.

When I tried connecting on my cell with wifi off using my log in ID and password, I received an error message that the info I provided wasn't in their records or something to that effect.

Any chance Callcentric deleted my account for inactivity as I don't access the account on a regular basis.
