[Caps] Data Usage Meter Overage GlitchAnyone else seeing crazy overage listings on the Xfinity account website? I guess I'm not the only one ... » forums.xfinity.com/t5/My ··· /3310281I don't have any caps, and all of the sudden everything over 1 GB is listed as overage |

I'm seeing the exact same thing, and I'm in the Northeast region with no caps. |
|
|
I've since checked with a few other people this morning ... all in the Philly region and they're seeing the same thing. This may be pretty widespread. Hopefully just a visual glitch, and not something that reports as an actual billing overage |

That's pretty screwed up. Same deal in Pittsburgh. Total monthly usage seems correct. Based on the table, the overage amount shown in red is n - 1, where n is the actual usage. Looks like I've already gone over with 6 gigs so far this month. Oops. Back to dial-up, I guess. |

Could be a (not very) subtle signal that those of you without caps ... may be joining the rest of us in Comcast Cap world. |

Sorry, I lost track, what is your cap? Or the general cap they have? |

The whole thing is screwed up. The graph doesn’t match the table, and both are wrong. |

Fine in Central, looks like it's just the NE. |

I guess anything is possible, but many of us with no caps are in FiOS areas. With all the cord cutting going on, Comcast would just be sending people to the competition if they started up with caps |

I’m in the Philly market and not having that issue |

I just checked my chart and clearly the "Total Monthly Overage" is 1GB less than the "Total Monthly Usage". As far as I know, I do not have a cap, so not too concerned. |

Having the same issue in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Funny it told me I had one courtesy month left after I went over the cap, but when it flipped months, it now says I have two courtesy months again. |

5 days later, still seeing the same glitch. Seems harmless but it really reinforces the impression that Comcast is too big to care. It's like when people get billed for equipment they already returned. It's not malice it is incompetence. Time to update Lily Tomlin's famous quote: "We don't care. We don't have to. We're the phone company." |

We just noticed the same issue here in NH, each month going back to Sep shows what we used, and then the same amount going over. No charges, so guessing it's a glitch. |

It's been fixed. |

Fixed for the most part ... but I'm now seeing 'We are unable to retrieve your plan info at this time' in the upper right of the graph. Minor issue I've seen before |
