tab order in Edge

In IE11, I could set it so all new tabs opened right-most. I could tell it not to open up next to whatever tab I happened to be on. Is there a way to do that in Edge? I didn't see one off hand. Tried searching and everything wants to tell me about new capabilities in Win 10, but I use Win 7.

Is it possible?
