Down for 4 days with the @home changeover. Down for about 24 hours this past weekend due to a "severely-frozen modem" (their words, not mine). That's the only downtime I've had the whole time it.
Level I & II tech support were very helpful & courteous.
I'd like to go back to the 3000/400 speeds I had with @home, but the 1400/128 ain't too bad (although I agree with Gengar from page 1 of this thread...that it's hard to take the same price for less service).
