The building opened in 2007 and these are the original parking deck lighting fixtures. Parking doesn't get any revenue from the State budget for parking lots and decks. So revenue comes from people that park there. So they have been slower about LED lighting in decks built before LED was in use. I'm on the lower end of the salary range add still pay about $600 for parking. Park and Ride lots are now $150/yr.

I'll try and ask they guys what the plan is. I think they are going off of a 277/480v panel in the deck that is fed from our Entrance Mechanical Room by the building transformer. That sub-panel is less loaded than the current 120/208 off of it that feeds the DAS currently. A new transformer is being set for the DAS to drop it to 120/208.
This is a new shutoff just before the transform that will go below it feeding the battery cabinet.
