No point. Even if they "fix" it now it will happen again and I am tired of WOW!'s crap CS.

OK so... what exactly did you expect to accomplish by posting a thread like this? If their service is so terrible you have two options:

1. Keep bothering CS until they do something.
2. Cancel your service and take your business elsewhere.

Anything else (like typing angry forum posts) doesn't really facilitate solving anything.

I have WOW and they're fine, but I understand that isn't the same for everyone else.

To claim that "the rest of WOW! customers" have slow speeds is inherently false and achieves nothing.

Same thing as all the other whiners. You got a problem with my post? Don't read it. I have been a WOW! customer longer than most anyone here. I've posted plenty about my experiences. Read them instead of complaining about my post.

20 year WOW! customer and you attack me for my post? I have posted dozens of times of how I got my WOW! service fixed and now I can't. You don't think I tried? You and everyone else can post a million times but I make one post and I get shit from you??

I didn't attack you? I offered an avenue to try to get your issues resolved by filing an FCC complaint and even said "if you haven't already" implying that I am not sure what steps you have taken. You responded with "No point" implying you aren't here for a solution to which someone else said what was the point of the post and I just agreed that I don't see why you would post this just to shoot down anyone that was trying to help you. I genuinely did not mean to offend you and if I did I am sorry but I don't see why you wouldn't either keep trying to get WOW! to solve the issues through FCC complaints or switch providers if WOW! just won't get your service where it should be.

Are you implying that since you've had service with WOW longer than everyone else, that your opinions on them mean more? Or does it mean that since you have had service so long that you are more important to WOW?

Also, your instructions are unclear... you want me to read your posts about your experiences while simultaneously not reading posts in which you complain?

Unless there has been a massive breakthrough in the way humans digest written information, one must read the entirety of a written work in order to understand general idea of what the author intended to convey.
