As of yesterday Microsoft have actually pulled the "Windows 11 compatibility test software". Rumor has it that they are reevaluating the requirements that will be required to run Windows 11.

Agreed as a Windows Insider I got Windows 11 on 2 machines that are not compatible now and it runs fine so far.
