Charter Spectrum → Re: [CATV] Whole town has pixilation issues on a few channels - escalation?

I live in a town adjacent to the OP and see occasional pixilation. I logged on to spectrum.net and see the following message so they seem to be aware of the problem.

"We're sorry, an outage is affecting TV services in your area. We're doing everything we can to fix the problem as soon as possible".

Occasional pixilation is not an outage. That message is for a different problem.

I've been seeing that message when I log on my account for weeks. I figure it's a CYA message.

In my case we've been seeing sporadic pixilation for a week or so but not on all channels so something seems to be going on.
