- able to try another DNS server, like say QUAD8, QUAD9, or the Level3 4.x.x.x boxes?

Yeah, I tried it with all the quads and Level3 and it was happening with all of them. Ended up saying f*ck it, rebooted opnsense and my modem and it seems to be fixed now without any changes on my end. I'm not sure what the problem ended up being lol |
