When I had WOW, anytime I used my SB6190 (backup) on the 500/50 plan, it was more like ~250-350Mbps mid day, but always got a solid 50Mbps upload. A used SB8200, CM1000, or new CM1100, S33 would serve you much better and future proof you for higher speeds.
