- do those ping spikes / loss happen at the exact same time on subsequent hops? If they don't, then I wouldn't boil the ocean about it.
- Lastly, does it affect your traffic in any way? If it doesn't, then again, nothing to boil the ocean about.

It just happened again, as predicted at 16:56. The whole connection was affected. Speed tests simply failed when it was going on. The PingPlotter shows path to www.google.com
