Both OM3 and OM4 support 100Gig.
Distance is a bit more with OM4.

Fiber Type 1G 10G 40/100G
OM3 1 km 300 m 100 m
OM4 1 km 550 m 150 m

Kind of but not really.

To use OM4 100G you have to use 8 strand cables per link.
OM5 just 2 strands.

OS2 just 2 strands.
