I've politely passed on the remote connection request rather asking if there are other methods, I can assist in helping him with in diagnosing the issue: logs, files, registry keys...ect. The information I provided him should be sufficient enough to reproduce the issue. I don't believe you and I are the only ones to experience this bug. I'm hoping more people will visit this thread to report on this issue, or to the newly created thread I made in his public forum.
