Wasn't Wheeler a "lobbyist" for big cable or in some "think tank"? How long as this new lady up for grabs been involved with the FCC directly? I think that is where Pai has her there. But if I recall, I think Pai was brought in by Obama first, even if it was only a year or two before tRump.
