Probably is young. All the work in this town is being done by contractors. That guy probably only makes $15 an hour. Splicing and terminating fiber isn't rocket science.

It used to be time consuming and difficult back in the mid 90's.

When they first started deploying fiber they flew in Brazilians to splice the fiber here

Honestly, it’s not surprising they are using contractors for the construction portion.

I didn't notice that was a magnet. I wish The Phone Company had all white trucks with easy off identity.
It would shopping and other activities much less noticeable.

The embedded GPS would be a problem in this age constant surveillance though.
