Probably is young. All the work in this town is being done by contractors. That guy probably only makes $15 an hour. Splicing and terminating fiber isn't rocket science.

Honestly, it’s not surprising they are using contractors for the construction portion.

I didn't notice that was a magnet. I wish The Phone Company had all white trucks with easy off identity.
It would shopping and other activities much less noticeable.

The embedded GPS would be a problem in this age constant surveillance though.
