The issue may have recently started but that could be due to a multitude of reasons such as frequency repacking at the headend, or maybe your modem decided to use a different range of channels.

Either way, you need a tech out to check your line.

Thanks. I called and he looked at it and said he will send out a tech so I did not even have to ask. Shortest call to spectrum ever and I could understand every thing he said too. Will update with what he says is wrong on friday.

Their system likely saw that your signals were so bad it warranted an immediate tech roll. Chances are they have an automatic filter for "TV Trapped" connections and the Rep just needs to find out when you want the tech to come.
