W.O.W. → Re: New-ish Wow pricing (promo and later). Is it the same everywhere?

Did it all. I am a veteran at getting discounts but this time I think I struck out. With the soon to be transfer of my market I think I should make a change.

I think my best course is:

Downgrade my WOW! service to internet only. I would like new customer pricing but I doubt they will give it.

When RCN/Astound takes over I am an internet only customer. They show bundle deals similar to what I have with WOW! now so IF I decide to go back to a bundle I can with them.

If I stay with my current WOW! service either at the new way too high price or at the slightly lower price they offered (after switching me to a "current" bundle) when they transfer me what will I pay?

Yes, I think if after multiple call attempts the best recourse is go internet only. They're likely more willing to negotiate than dealing with more complicated bundle discounts. I'd give that a shot before leaving altogether. Then as you say, later build back the original bundle.
