Well this is my first post since joining this group. But I picked a good place to start I think. People have way too many computer problems and tech support is non existant these days. I have always been (I am sure to get some boos) a Gateway customer and have had little trouble. Without making this sound like an advertisement for Gateway, I got my first one in 1997 and was angry that I blew a monitor. Over night they sent me a new one. I continued to upgrade my computers from them and now have a new P4 (only a month old) that kicks butt. I must say for no hassle tech support they are the best and very patient and they can even fix your PC online for free. I have to give them a thumbs up since I have owned 3 systems from them and rarely have ever had any problem. No this is not a Go Gateway shout but just one mans humble experience in the computer world.
