comments on review of PSN Internet Service → dont be trick

Hahah, good luck getting your DSL from PSN. I have been trick by them. When I sign up for PSN, they said I can get full speed of 700K connection since I live one block away from the central office. First week the speed is not bad, even though I am getting averge 300K. A week later, the speed gets slower and slower, and even slower than the 56K modem. I called up tech support and find out that they switch my ADSL line to a IDSL line without notify me. They claim they having problem with my DSL line so they have to give me IDSL. A week later, I canceled my DSL from PSN.
