Re: Funny

Sorry Charlie,

You may not understand the financial DEATH sentence well. George Bush Jr. Does. THe Northern states Gave Texas individuals this in the late 1980's He already hinted at

1. Freezing all accounts and credit cards. Upon proven guilty funds would be used to pay back 401k and investors.

Bush exect comment was and when he say HEL- he means "Lets Rock"

"Bush has promised a full investigation, and aides said he was "mad as hell" about the lack of corporate responsibility in America. "We will fully investigate and hold people accountable,"

I want to go a little bit further. Financial criminals only respond to ASSETS AND CURRENCY nothing else matters. Time in club fed heck the eat better than you do. Club Fed also has a golf course. How bout dat!!

Lets also urge the government to do this.

$ 1,000.00 per month maximum salary for life
Remainder of salary goes to pay back shareholders

100,000 hours of community service

6 month in Federal pen with 4 hours a day of ethics, followed by 5 hours of good old road side chain gang work for their excercise.

Death sentence of trade of financial instruments
(Stocks, bonds, options and commodities)

Death sentence on holding or usage of credit cards. Bank accounts with a maximum of $2,000.00 before its garnished and sent to the shareholders.

Forfeit of any retirement, off shore trust that they were involved in forming.

Forfeiture of any real estate holdings in their name or shares owned. Death sentence on purchase of real estate, mineral or mining interest.

Death sentence on ability to leave this country legally or hold an American passport.

NOw these kind of guys get slick so they will try to find a way to get around this. Well thats one year back on the chain gang fixing the nations roads, picking up rednecks beer cans on the side of the road and mowing federal offices lawns.

A third time send them to a nuclear waste facility to move that crap around or use them as lab rats for some medical experiment.

Bush definitly will not screw around on this one because they understand it and the PUBLIC demands it. Yeah the PUBLIC that votes in November not just crying and running their mouth.

I thumbs up your comment, but I am so disillusioned with our gov't and the pro-business republicans that I have little faith that those responsible for the Enron, Anderson, Tyco, and WorldCom debacles will ever be truly punished.
They should be fined AND sent to REGULAR prison. No more separating the white-collar criminals from the blue-collar ones, that elitism has to stop.
Put these rich pretty boys in the same cells as the murderers and rapists and then maybe they'll see the error of their ways (or the murderers and rapists will just come out all the worse!).

I agree that these idiots should learn about "real prison love" from Bubba and Skillet the same as other criminals.
But, what JethroGump is describing is execution for these guys.
Now, I am just as pissed about these events as anyone, but the punishment has to fit the crime and can't fall under what is cruel and unusual.
I, unlike so may others these days, still respect all parts of the Constitution of these United States, not but the bits and pieces that suit me.

Friend, I got to start somewhere and I just believe in this country we have to start at the harsh side and you darn well know we have enough wusses this could possibly end up right in the middle. Harsh punishment would never take place unless we had the republic of Texas again.

Now how do you think both Mr. Clinton's ( H&B) start with their legislation and laws. Just the same as a republican but from the other side of the swinging pendulum of social order. Just imagine little Ross Perot!! ( Like Napoleon!)

Lets try a softer version about were this should end up.

Loss or not given the ability to hold professional License in real estate, securities, law, accounting etc.

10,000 hours of community service

$ 4,000.00 per month maximum salary for life
Remainder of salary goes to pay back shareholders

6 months in Federal pen with 4 hours a day of ethics
They might like bubba!! WHOO WHOO IN jail well they would end up manipulating the cons so it does no good. These are hartless people.

:(Mandatory Death sentence of trade of financial instruments

:(:(Forfeit of any retirement, off shore trust that they were involved in forming.

Cannot hold credit cards with balance over $500.00

Bank accounts with a maximum of $10,000.00 before its garnished and sent to the shareholders

:(:(:( Mandatory Death sentence Forfeit of any retirement, off shore trust that they were involved in forming. ( You can play a neat game with this out of Belize just for example if you know offshore money and plastic)

:(:(Forfeiture of any real estate holdings in their name or partnership shares owned. Death sentence on purchase of real estate, mineral or mining interest.

May Own One Homestead Household with a value up to $70,000.00

:(:(:(:(Death sentence on ability to leave this country legally or hold an American passport. This is for good old Marc Rich and Pincus green also the Dart boys out of Florida

:):):)I still like the executive chain gang to pave our roads and pick up rednecks trash. We need a public works corporation for white collar criminals really in this country. We can track them with digital angel.

Still this is like a death sentence for someone with a large financial ego, a worshiper of all money can buy, the ability to travel, get good chicks and drive fast cars

They have the memories of the good old days the employees and grandma shareholder they have the memory of what happend to their pension and hard earned grocery money.

I really want grandma to have a chance of getting those groceries back:)

Oh yeah I sent this to some securities brokers as a joke I think I finally shut them up!!!

Republic of Texas?
Come on.
Stay to the thread.
I don't agree that "redneck posse justice" is the answer here.
These morons should be held accountable, and should go to a real prison, not a resort, and that they should be made to forfeit all of the money gained as a result of the deals.
They should also be made to pay restitution to victims.
As much as I believe in Darwinism and the survival of the fittest, and as much as I think Natural Selection has failed us, I don't believe that posse reactions and executions are the answer.
It's okay to be pissed but be focused and realistic about it.

Listen you live in Rowlett home of Danny Faulkner and his posse. They know all about this stuff and jail well alot of those guys are just smiling and driving new cars. Locking them up forever just cost money they need to be earn the money back.

If your so hung up on Jail lets send them to china to work in the textile mills they could sew shirts for Walmart we would both be happy then!!

Just because I live in Rowlett doesn't mean that I even KNOW Danny Faulkner, much less be in cahoots with him.
This discussion thread has lost it's intellectual value.
Talk to you in another thread.

all nice and peachy, but i still have to see the bush government enforce any of the already available laws to the full effect against any big-shot CEO.

no new law needed - it's just the lack of enforcement of existing laws. what do you think the reason for that might be?
