I know somebody that works for ATT so I never bothered to call their tech support, even though he verified that the node was overloaded and it needed to be split it still took several months to get it resolved. Mostly it takes time for all the paperwork and then the work has to be scheduled. Is all the paper work and red tape that takes time specially when your dealing with a large corporation.
Hang in there and keep bitching until they get it fixed. |
