Switch ISPs

After getting absolutely no response from Telocity in my ISP switch when PSN went under I called DSLi and was up in 3 days. I have been getting great throughput. I highly recommend them. I have also had no trouble in getting them on the telephone.

Just called Telocity and DSLi tech support lines.Telocity answered immediately.DSLi gave me a recording that said my call was important and to leave a message.

Well Telocity screwed me for 3 weeks, DSLi got me going in 7 days....no need for tech support, but I have been able to reach tech support on phone 3x easily with DSLi (for general questions, updates, etc). Last tech picked up on FIRST ring.

I went from PSN > Telocity (which took too long and they lost order) > DSLi.com

I'm happy now.

I am switching (to Toad.Net, per advice from a co-worker). I just have to wait for the other ISP to install whatever they need to install.

I simply find this situation frustrating. Even after I switch, I still wish to resolve the billing issue.
