Re: RampUp plan what is it?if speed tests reflect 1.1Mbps, and your getting 145KBps, then I would say you are right on, internet services are sold in bits, 8 bits in a byte, so divide 1,100 bits by 8 then multiple by .8 (for %20 overhead) and your there. (tcp transfer overhead will vary a few percent however) |
