When I removed the TCP/IP to the NIC binding, I can't log on using Enternet (it
gives me a "tap" error whatever that means. I changed the DHCP settings to use
10.0.0.1 and 255.255.255.0 for the ip address and netmask respectively but that
doesn't seem to help any. I have my RWIN set at 16,300.

My upstream/downstream readings seem to be about 5k/105k respectively... pretty
pathetic. Any ideas?
