hi, i was just wondering what new configs i need to make now that i'm using windows 98? it seems like i was doing better with downloads with windows XP, whats should i do? the speed test here at dslreports is still 2000s but when i download its under 256k, my rwin is 51100. thanks

256K would equal 2048kbps download speed; 8 bits-to-a-byte, thing...
