comments on review of AT&T DSL → Bellsouth techs

The Bellsouth field techs are awesome, my only problems with Bellsouth have been with the customer service people either not forwarding the problem to a tech, or giving the techs inaccurate or incomplete information. EVERY single time the tech has arrived, and I've been onsite to explain the problem, the problem has been fixed quickly. On a couple of occasions they have even given me their cell number to let them know if the problem comes back. It's a shame that there are still gaps between the customer support people and the field people. The customer support people answering the phones could learn a lot about quality customer service from the Bellsouth field techs.
