anon posted : I'd really like to help, until today, for the past few weeks, our "Q" was at or near 0 the entire night. But then, comes another dose of "Sykes Logic" Tonight, our "Q" (number of people lined up for assistance) is 90. What does sukes do? Eliminate Overtime for techs and eliminate our ability to call out other departments to assist the person we are talking to on the phone. We now have to create a 'call back' in our loging software. Last I checked, the 2 gals doing these 'callbacks' had roughly 130 backed up. SO, my guess is that hold times will be back at the 'norm'. Not sure if this is a temp or permanent, but knowing Mr.Sukes, plan on the latter. On hold times, call corporate in Tampa, JUST DON'T BITCH AT THE TECHS! YOU MIGHT GET ME!
[text was edited by moderator]
