You need to visit the CableVision website more often or read the inserts that come with your bill. I've been a "Direct Payment" customer for well over a year. See the FAQ at »www.cablevision.com/cust ··· faq.html

that is not online payment... that is just where they take money out of your account automatically every month

Not trying to read his mind, but I think he is referring to the fact that there are other ways to pay your bill besides a check in the mail or going to THE WIZ/OOL store.

You can do the direct payment by debit to your account or CC.
