Hi, here is a copy of the result. The SNR is 51 dB and the power level is -56.07 dBmV, what cause the high SNR? Thanks for the help.

[edit: for some reason i got 2 different results for the downstream channel. The one on the jpg above shows 477000000 Hz for the downstream frequency and 51 dB SNR. After i snap the picture i clicked on the signal again and get another result with 229761400 downstream frequency and 0 dB SNR)

This is more like what you signals should look like. Yours are way off. You need to call for service. I am surprise you are even able to use WOW at all. I don't know who's this is, but it looks very good. Mine is at the bottom.

Downstream Status
Operational
Channel ID
1
Downstream Frequency
621000000 Hz
Modulation
QAM256
Bit Rate
1572864 bps
Power Level
-6.54 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio
35 dB

Upstream Status
Operational
Channel ID
3
Upstream Frequency
31500000 Hz
Bit Rate
307200 bps
Power Level
41.00 dBmV

This is mine: I am not using the WebStar modem like most on WOW, I am using a LinkSys modem. But the signals will be about the same.

Lock Status Locked Modulation QAM256
Channel ID 1 Symbol rate 5360537 sym/sec
Downstream Frequency 621000000 Hz Max Bit Rate 1572864 bps
Downstream Power -3.86 dBmV SNR 36 dB

Upstream Channel

You need to have the cable plugged in when you take readings. Those readings are completely inaccurate, since the cable wasn't connected.

Well, that makes sense why nothing looked right.
