Just thought I would take a couple of seconds to thank ADSL Guy on the great support he gave me with the trouble my connection recently had at the DSLAM.
I was on the site this past Sunday and I lost connections out of the blue and I got a hold of our great on-line team headed by ADSL Guy and he was able to get this straightened out for me and I wanted to give him a well deserved thanks from me........your dedication and daily efforts are greatly appreciated by me and others Ken, we can't thank you enough and keep up the wonderful work!
