Re: DSL works like crap, SBC only made it worse.Interference from a business makes more sense because neon signs might be more likely to go on and off 7 days a week. At least 6 days. A business might be more likely to shut down a T1 line Friday night and start it up Monday evening. Maybe they do some sort of batch processing at night. |
