I thought things were going a little slow so I ran a few speed tests. Weird!

If it's still slow when you wake up, run a tracert to ftp1.optonline.net and see what it shows. I just tried after seeing your post and I'm still getting 1MB down.

-406 kbps upload?!?! I guess than means the data is flowing to your computer instead of from your computer!

What the hell's going on?

Just FYI, there are no problems here. So it's probably something local to you and it's not a "Bergenfield System-Wide thing"

Check your signals and see if anything funky happened. And if not, I'd suggest calling support and telling them you "have packet loss to your CMTS".

I figured as much since nobody else on the Bergenfield system is screaming and kicking here.

Here are my latest whacked results:
