It's a joke.I too have been battling for 4 months. 100+ calls, 1 hour average because of the huge hold time (45+ minutes average). The latest news is the NOC is going to configure a new router on the 19th here in Iowa City but guess what? That is when everyone goes home for the holidays! In otherwords the only thing getting fixed is people wont be using the cable modems over the holidays. |

Although you have a point about students being gone, its also the best time to do the work because it will require taking numerous peoples service offline while the work is being completed. Just a thought. |
